Preventative health programmes need to do more than drive awareness – they need to demonstrate lasting engagement and participation. This peer-reviewed study explores the factors that influence participation, ongoing engagement and positive health outcomes.

Many organisations invest in preventative health initiatives, but demonstrating meaningful engagement and measurable impact remains a challenge. Without clear evidence, it can be difficult to understand which interventions are influencing behaviour change.

Based on more than 180,000 health checks, this peer-reviewed study examines the factors that drive participation, repeat engagement and sustained health monitoring across different population groups.

Repeat users saw a 19% reduction in high blood pressure prevalence and an average BMI decrease of nearly one point.
