However, there may be exceptions where a Client or Partner Provider may become a Joint Data Controller. For example, where the Client or Partner receives identifiable personal data from SISU Health (with user consent), SISU Health is committed to full compliance with UK GDPR and will talk you through any GDPR considerations at the relevant contracting stage.
