Monitor customer requests, view their health data (Of those that consent to it on the Health Station), and assign statuses to each customer.
In the individual patient health check view, the health practitioner can log notes on any consultations, which team member had the consultation with the patient, as well as view contact details should an additional follow-up with the patient be required. Depending on how they have actioned this, the patient request status is then updated in the queue.
